Our Never Diet Again Event was a Blast!

We had a full-house of amazing individuals and enjoyed an energy-charged evening filled with lots of insight and absolutely doable life-altering tips.

We had some laughter and quite a few ‘Aha’ moments, too.

To keep the energy of Never Dieting Again close, I invite you to experience my Healthy Living Pledge.

My Healthy Living Pledge

I,____________________ , choose to make lifestyle balance, including healthy eating, regular activity, and feeling good about myself a priority in my life.

I choose to make changes for my health, my body and myself.  I deserve to be healthy, and happy, and to feel good about who I am.

I choose to eat healthy foods that will nourish my body and give me the energy I need for myself, my work, and my family.

I choose to take time for myself in order to be active every day.  My body needs to be active and it will reward me for taking the time to help it be healthy.

I recognize that healthy bodies come in a variety of shapes and sizes.  I choose to not compare myself to others, and instead will focus on being the best person I can be.

I recognize that I am not perfect and when I do not follow my plan perfectly, I choose to accept that without guilt, and move toward following my plan again with confidence.

I choose to listen to what my body says.  If I am hungry, I will eat nourishing foods. When I am no longer hungry, I will choose to stop eating even if there is food on my plate.

I choose to celebrate every success I achieve.  When people pay me compliments, I will acknowledge what they say with a smile and say thank you. 

I choose to believe in myself every day.  I will recognize that I have the strength and the power to make any change I want to, and to make every goal I have come true.  When I need help, I will ask for it, and I will embrace change.
